By creating an account, subscribing to a trial, or otherwise using the Norwayx platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access the Service.

2. Description of Service

Norwayx provides predictive data intelligence tools intended to support research, analysis, and decision-making for investors and remote professionals. Outputs, forecasts, scores, and reports generated by the Service are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute financial, legal, tax, or investment advice.

3. Eligibility and Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as needed. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Free Trials and Subscriptions

Norwayx may offer free trial periods for the Service. At the end of a trial period, continued use may require a paid subscription, as described at the time of signup. Subscription fees, billing cycles, and cancellation terms will be disclosed during the purchase process and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service. Prohibited activities include, without limitation:

• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the underlying methodology of the Service's models.
• Using the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulation.
• Reselling, sublicensing, or redistributing Service outputs without prior written consent.

• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to the Service, other accounts, or related systems.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, text, graphics, and underlying methodology, is owned by or licensed to Norwayx and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights in the Service. You retain ownership of any data you upload, subject to the licence granted in Section 7 below.

7. Licence to User Content

By submitting data, documents, or other content to the Service, you grant Norwayx a limited, non-exclusive licence to process that content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service to you. This licence ends when your content is deleted from the Service or your account is closed, subject to standard backup and retention timelines.

8. No Financial or Investment Advice

Nothing provided through the Service should be construed as personalised financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Predictive outputs are based on historical and modelled data and may not accurately reflect future outcomes. You are solely responsible for any decisions made in reliance on information obtained from the Service, and you should consult an appropriately qualified professional before making material decisions.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. Norwayx does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Norwayx shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Norwayx, its affiliates, and personnel from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

12. Termination

Norwayx may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to other users, Norwayx, or third parties. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account controls provided within the Service.

13. Changes to the Service and Terms

Norwayx reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Service, in whole or in part, at any time. We may also revise these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be indicated by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

The Service may contain links to third-party websites or integrate with third-party tools. Norwayx is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party services and does not endorse them.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction in which Norwayx operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in that jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection law.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional terms referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and Norwayx regarding the Service and supersede any prior agreements.
